LearningCIRCLE | Finding Peace, Power and Purpose in the New Year

Join Olivia Ellsmore in guided meditation and imagery-based exercises, exploring purpose and what might hold you back from realizing your goals. This workshop will encourage and support you in setting intentions from a place of peace and authenticity.

This workshop is designed for anyone motivated to explore, discover, and affirm their intentions, goals, and purpose for the coming year and beyond.

About the leader: Olivia is a professionally trained and certified Psychosynthesis Life Coach, a devoted yoga practitioner and teacher, and holds a Master's degree in Education. She is passionate about supporting clients in their process of recognizing, acknowledging, loving, and integrating the parts of themselves preventing them from living an authentic and fulfilling life rooted in purpose and meaning.

Olivia uses a unique blend of Psychosynthesis and humanistic coaching methodologies, Yoga and Ayurvedic principles, mindfulness practices, and somatic exploration to guide clients on their path to personal growth, healing, and attainment of purposeful goals, empowering clients to create the life they desire and deserve to live.
