We believe there is a powerful New Story being born in the midst of our dominant culture. It’s an amazing story of love, peace, sustainability and inter-connection, and we choose to nurture it by telling and re-telling it. We do so by incorporating our personal insights with those offered by the major faiths and wisdom traditions: Buddist, Christian, Hindu, Jewish, Muslim, Native American, Taoist, and Wiccan, as well as contemporary psychology, neurology, physics and the Recovery Movement. Most of all, we seek to remind ourselves and each other of who we truly are -- and who we are capable of becoming.
We believe there is more. More than the outdated, old story about Us vs. Them, and the need to compete for supposedly scarce resources. More than merely meeting for intellectual discussions about spiritual possibilities. More than trying to prove anything to anyone. Because, more than anything else, we feel a strong need to experience our deep connections to ourselves, each other and the Web of Life through creative expressions of spirituality. Each one of us has something valuable to contribute to the co-creation and narration of this exciting New Story!
